Presentation of the “Latvian Foreign and Security Policy. Yearbook 2024”

The Yearbook 2024 examines and evaluates various spheres of Latvia's foreign and security policy.

Every year, at the end of January, the debate on Latvia’s Foreign and Security policy takes place in the Latvian Parliament—the Saeima. The culmination of this is the presentation of the Yearbook—this year it was organized in Hotel Bergs, where leading experts and also Latvia’s Foreign Minister—Mr. Krišjānis Kariņš, came together to discuss the upcoming year, the challenges in the nearest future and where Latvia stands concerning different topics regarding international politics.

The Yearbook 2024 examines and evaluates various spheres of Latvia's foreign and security policy. It looks at what has been achieved in 2023 and draws up development scenarios for 2024, informing the public and offering recommendations to Latvian policymakers.
